The new PlayStation is on the way, and it is magical!
Whilst it is extremely hard to find an accurate date for the release of the PlayStation five, or PS5 as it will be known, the creators and developers have released multiple statements saying that it is on it’s way and just hearing this makes me bubble with excitement.
If it is anything like the upgrade from the PlayStation 3 to the PlayStation 4 then we can only expect to see great things happening in the world of gaming. Let’s take a look at some of the main things that we can expect with the new version of this popular gaming system.
The community has asked for it, and it is probably coming!
There are countless threads sprawled across the Internet that have asked for many features to be included in the next release of this gaming platform. What is so great about the creators of play station is their ability to decipher what the community wants and then their methods of implementing these into the system.
So with the new console, based on what the community has asked for, we may expect to see some really amazing features like 4k video and virtual reality.
Virtual Reality and the PS console
Whilst virtual reality is already implemented in the PS 4 system, and the results are amazing. Let’s imagine we were to play any of the top games to offer on a virtual reality system. We are already experiencing so much in terms of technology and the PS 4 along with the PSVR has made the experience very believable.
With the new console, we can only imagine what new features will be introduced here to make the whole virtual reality gameplay so much better than before. PlayStation is known to keep producing the top console platforms and we are excited to see what is in store for the next release.
4K video and the new consoles
It is no secret that a number of the top brands are looking into the 4K phenomenon. This is a huge aspect in the world of gaming and any serious gamer often brag about their 4K setup. This being said, I think it is safe to assume that the new PlayStation 5 will come with a native 4K support for those gamers that have the TV’s and are looking to play at their best.
A wait and see game
Whilst none of these features have been confirmed by Sony themselves, we believe that this is the future of PS and will generate a massive community behind the new console should they be implemented. PlayStation will always be top of the market as they always have.
They constantly prove to use why their systems are the best to use and are always on the lookout to make things better for us as gamers.
There is no definitive release date for the PlayStation 5 as of yet, however it goes without saying that millions are waiting in anticipation for the day it is released.
